High flows following recent tropical storms have damaged much of Lone Pine and has closed sections of Whitney Portal Road and Movie Road. Please respect road closures until repairs can be made. Some trails and side roads off Movie Road have been affected by flooding. The Cattle Pocket is currently not accessible by vehicle. Be cautious of loose sand and unstable road edges.
